Hello. I’m Jessica Greeno, a Certified Food Safety Professional, Brand Standards Specialist, and trained food scientist, with extensive front-of-house restaurant experience. I assist brands by assessing and auditing their food processing and handling environments for health and safety best practices, brand standards, and procedural effectiveness.
In addition to being certified by the National Environmental Health Association as a Food Safety Professional, I also hold a BS in Food Science from the University of Vermont, and have been ServSafe Management certified. I have experience with HACCP planning and implementation. My restaurant experience spans a variety of settings, including management and fine-dining. I have previous experience in the meat processing and packaging industry, through my work in my father’s slaughterhouse and processing facility.
